Karma

This message goes into the universe to the asshole who stole the catalytic converter from my car last night. You suck, and I hope it gives you all the grief it has given me.

Mostly, I want you to feel proud that you ruined a family day that was planned months ago, and that my kids are cursing you right now because daddy is out looking for this part for my car instead of driving us to our destination.

Also, you have just put me in debt for over $400, I hope it is worth the $50 you got for MY converter.

Karma, baby. I hope you come back as the slug (thug) that you are.

Lenny Jr

I always say my son reminds me of Lenny Kravitz with his long wild hair (this is when I was into Lenny :)..), and that his feminine side will make women swoon.

Check out this video I made with my camera (not the best quality, but we were spontaneous!)....

And another Christmas gone by...

what a DOWNER!!

I love the Christmas season. Most of it anyways. I love the lights, the cookies, the secrets, the magic, and the compassion everyone magically gains.

Then the big day comes, and POOF, it is all over in 5 minutes!!

This reminds me of bad sex, lots of anticipation, and then POOF, it's over.

I will write more when I sober up :).
Merry Christmas.

Weird twist of Fate

Today, my daughter insisted we pack up our LAST yummy cookies from a batch we made 2 days ago and bring them to a neighbor. We never really talk to our neighbors, just say "hi" and such. I thought it was weird, was crabby anyways, but she kept badgering me until we packed 'em up and headed down the street. She specifically wanted to bring them to this one lady.

When we got there, my daughter knocked on the door and asked for the lady with her full name. She opened the door tentatively, and I said "Hi, do you recognize us? From down the street?". My daughter hands her the plate and says: "I wanted to bring you some cookies.".

The lady takes the plates, then sweeps my daughter up and gives her a big hug, with tears in her eyes.

"Thank you baby. You don't know how important these cookies are. My son just passed away, and I am so sad."

We stayed, we hugged her, exchanged phone numbers, and left her with a smile.

Listen to your children.

I passing on my craft.

My daughter made her first set of goddesses with the intention to put them up for sale. They are beautiful! I am so proud, I am passing on my craft to her.

Her goddesses are like my offspring. They are similar to mine, but have their own identity.

Caution, you will fall in love :).
